HB 248 -- Recreational Trails

Co-Sponsors:  Rector, Avery, Lembke (85), Kratky, Sager,
Ransdall, Spreng, Deeken, Whorton, Emery

This bill extends the immunity from civil liability currently
granted to landowners adjoining the Katy Trail State Park and
certain municipal and county trails to landowners adjoining all
publicly owned trails dedicated for recreation.
