HB 252 -- Tampering with a Judicial Officer

Co-Sponsors:  Shoemaker (8), Moore, Byrd, Behnen, Goodman

This bill expands the crime of tampering with a judicial officer
to add family court commissioners, drug court commissioners, and
juvenile court officers to the definition of "judicial officers."
