HB 271 -- Public Employee Military Leave Co-Sponsors: Merideth, Jetton, Ransdall, Holand, Bean This bill requires that all public employees who engage in the authorized performance of United States military service for more than 15 days receive the difference between the employee's regular gross wage and the sum of the employee's gross pay as a member of the National Guard or United States military and the allowances received that month for their service. If the employee's monthly gross pay and allowances as a member of the National Guard or United States military exceed the employee's regular gross monthly wage, the employee will not receive a payment.Copyright (c) Missouri House of Representatives
