HB 274 -- Medical Malpractice Insurance Rates

This bill requires insurers who provide medical malpractice
insurance for health care providers to obtain rate approval from
the Director of the Department of Insurance and details the
review procedure and factors which the director will consider in
approving or rejecting rates.
