HB 287 -- Public Drunkenness

Co-Sponsors:  Roark, Cooper (120), Hunter

This bill amends the section prohibiting public drunkenness so
that the elements of the crime include a person being either
intoxicated or in a disorderly condition, rather than being in an
intoxicated and a disorderly condition.
