HB 296 -- Prevailing Wage

Co-Sponsors:  Stevenson, Townley, Hunter, Ruestman

This bill excludes public works involving construction of public
buildings, roads, highways, and bridges from the prevailing wage
law.  The bill also changes the area for which the prevailing
wage is determined from locality to county.
