HB 302 -- Statewide Crime Laboratory System Co-Sponsors: Morris, Kuessner, Holand, Moore, Ransdall, Bringer This bill establishes the Statewide Crime Laboratory System, a network of the state's crime labs that can assist local law enforcement in processing evidence in criminal cases. The entity will consist of the State Highway Patrol Crime Laboratory; the Southeast Missouri Regional Crime Lab; the Missouri Southern State College Police Academy Regional Crime Lab; and the crime labs of the law enforcement entities in the City of St. Louis, St. Louis County, Kansas City, and Springfield.
