HB 305 -- State Treasurer's Reporting of Accounts

Currently, it is the duty of the State Treasurer to report to the
Governor:

(1)  The amount of money received by the Treasurer and paid out
during the previous month; and

(2)  The balances of several funds, the actual balance in the
Treasurer's vault at the end of the previous month, and various
investment information on accounts authorized by the Missouri
Constitution.

This bill requires the Treasurer to transmit copies of this
report to the office of each member of the General Assembly prior
to the sixth day of every month.

The provisions of the bill expire on July 1, 2006.

The bill contains an emergency clause.
