HB 313 -- DNA Profiling

This bill requires every person guilty of a felony or a class A
misdemeanor to provide biological samples for the State Highway
Patrol's DNA profiling system.  Current law requires biological
samples only from those persons guilty of a violent crime or a
sex offense pursuant to Chapter 566, RSMo.
