HB 315 -- General Assembly Leadership Offices

This bill sets campaign contribution limits for candidates for
Speaker of the House of Representatives, Speaker Pro Tem of the
House of Representatives, and President Pro Tem of the Senate at
the same level as candidates for statewide offices.  The bill
sets campaign contribution limits for candidates for all other
House leadership offices at the same level as candidates for
state representative and sets campaign contribution limits for
candidates for all other Senate leadership offices at the same
level as candidates for state senator.  The bill also prohibits a
General Assembly leadership committee from making contributions
or expenditures to the candidate committee of the candidate for
whom the General Assembly leadership committee is established.
