HB 329 -- Weigh Stations

Under current law, any person operating a commercial vehicle
licensed for over 18,000 pounds who does not stop at a weigh
station is guilty of a violation and subject to a fine and
incarceration if the person is later found to be in violation of
weight limits.  This bill removes the requirement that there be a
violation of weight limits.
