HB 363 -- Property Tax:  Assessment Increase Limits

Sponsor:  Cunningham (86), Stefanick

This bill limits the increase in the assessment of any parcel of
residential real property since the last assessment to the lesser
of 5% or the increase in the personal income of Missouri for the
previous two calendar years.
