HB 434 -- Sale of Liquor

Co-Sponsors:  Yates, Dusenberg, Pratt

This bill allows a liquor retailer licensed to sell liquor by the
drink that is located in a convention trade center in Kansas City
or Jackson County to open at 8:00 a.m.  Currently, the time of
opening is 11:00 a.m.
