HB 446 -- Campaign Finance Reports

Co-Sponsors:  Icet, Cunningham (86), Deeken, Yates, May

This bill requires certain complaints regarding campaign finance
disclosure report violations to be filed within 30 days of the
filing of the report.  The bill also increases the penalty for
filing a complaint without just cause from a class A misdemeanor
to a class D felony.
