HB 476 -- Noise Levels for Lambert-St. Louis International
Airport

This bill establishes maximum noise exposure standards for
Lambert-St. Louis International Airport.  The airport will be
required to install and operate a noise monitoring system.  The
bill spells out the particular requirements of the monitoring
system, the actual noise exposure levels considered in violation,
and the enforcement process for certain violations.

The bill has an effective date of January 1, 2004.
