HB 529 -- State Board of Education

Co-Sponsors:  Sutherland, Pearce, Stefanick

This bill establishes an effective date of two years after
adoption for rules formulated by the State Board of Education
regarding the classification of schools.  Exceptions are allowed
for timelines mandated by federal or state law.
