HB 567 -- Juvenile Court Jurisdiction Co-Sponsors: Lembke (85), Davis (19), Myers, Cunningham (86), Rupp, Jetton, Sander This bill requires juvenile officers to send truancy reports to school districts. If the child is a private, parochial, or home school student, the school district must refer the reports to the prosecuting attorney.
