HB 572 -- Conveyance of Missouri State Penitentiary

This bill authorizes the Governor to convey to the Missouri State
Penitentiary Redevelopment Commission certain state property
located in Cole County known as the Missouri State Penitentiary.

The bill allows for the property to be parceled out and conveyed
at different times.
