HB 58 -- Enterprise Zones

Co-Sponsors:  Salva, Johnson (47), Dougherty

This bill requires the Department of Economic Development to
establish an enterprise zone in the City of Sugar Creek.  The
bill also allows the city to designate one satellite enterprise
zone within its corporate limits.
