HB 629 -- Child Support

Sponsor:  Muckler

Current law lists specific factors that must be considered by the
court in determining child support payments.  This bill adds a
factor to the list requiring the court to consider whether a
parent, because of the death of a biological parent, has sole
financial responsibility for children who are not subject to the
child support order.
