HB 634 -- Driver's Licenses

Co-Sponsors:  Henke, Yaeger, Bringer, Schlottach

This bill prohibits the issuance of instruction permits and
driver's licenses to individuals who are not citizens of the
U. S. for a duration that exceeds the applicant's lawful presence
authorized by the Immigration and Naturalization Service.
