HB 636 -- Criminal Record System Fund

Co-Sponsors:  Holand, Morris

This bill allows up to 10% of the balance remaining in the
Criminal Record System Fund at the end of each fiscal year to be
transferred to the Crime Lab Assistance Program and be spent on
related justice system uses, other than for personal services.
