HB 661 -- Sales Taxes for Museums

This bill allows Andrew County, upon voter approval, to impose an
additional sales tax of 0.2% to fund museums in the county.

The governing authority of the county can authorize an existing
museum board in the county to spend the revenue collected from
this tax.  The bill establishes a museum board, in the event that
none exists in Andrew County.  The board will have six members,
three from each of the two major political parties in the county.
