HB 676 -- Conveyance in Cole County

Co-Sponsors:  Sutherland, Bruns, Luetkemeyer, Henke, Deeken

This bill authorizes the Governor to convey certain property
owned by the Department of Corrections in Cole County known as
the Church Farm.  A total of 656 acres will be sold at public
auction.
