HB 705 -- Child Pornography

Co-Sponsors:  Smith (14), Wood, Davis (19), Bivins, Portwood,
Bough, Parker, Corcoran, Bruns, Deeken, Wildberger

This bill grants authority to the Attorney General to seek the
removal of child pornography from a web site.  If the web site
operator fails to remove the child pornography promptly, the
Attorney General may seek a court order requiring its removal
within 30 days.  The court may find the web site operator in
contempt if the operator fails to comply with the court order.
