HB 713 -- Competitive Bidding

Co-Sponsors:  Bruns, Rupp, Deeken

Under this bill, the state and its agencies will no longer give
Missouri Vocational Enterprises favorable status when purchasing
goods and services.  Agencies will be required to accept
competitive bids for goods and services from Missouri businesses.
