HB 719 -- Student Financial Assistance Programs

This bill adds proprietary schools offering associate or
baccalaureate degrees to the definition of "approved private
institution" for the Charles Gallagher Student Financial
Assistance Program.  The bill also adds hospitals to the
definition of "qualified employment" for purposes of loan
forgiveness in the Nursing Student Loan Program.
