HB 729 -- Sedation Dentistry

This bill requires that all dentists who prescribe and administer
deep sedation or general anesthesia agents in the course of
providing dental services to possess a conscious sedation permit
issued by the Missouri Dental Board.  The board is authorized to
promulgate rules specifying the criteria by which deep sedation
or general anesthesia permits may be issued.
