HB 734 -- Circuit Court Clerks

Under this bill in counties where the offices of circuit clerk
and recorder of deeds are separated after public vote, the
circuit clerk will be appointed by a majority of the circuit
court and associate circuit court judges, en banc, as of
January 1, 2007.
