HB 744 -- Amusement Ride Safety Fund

This bill creates the Amusement Ride Safety Fund within the state
treasury.  All fees collected by the Amusement Ride Safety Board
will be deposited in the fund for the purposes of offsetting
expenses incurred by the Amusement Ride Safety Board and the
Amusement Ride Safety Unit within the Department of Public
Safety.
