HB 759 -- Commercial Motor Vehicles

This bill requires that commercial motor vehicles registered at a
gross weight in excess of 12,000 pounds and all
passenger-carrying commercial motor vehicles be issued two
license plates.  The placement of the rear plate on these
vehicles must not be more than 72 inches above the ground.
