HJR 1 -- School District Bond Elections

Sponsor:  Harris (23)

This proposed constitutional amendment permits voters to approve
school district bond issues with a simple majority, regardless of
election date.  Currently, a supermajority is required, with the
size of the supermajority varying by election date.
