HJR 23 -- Funding for Education

Co-Sponsors:  Quinn, Bearden, Moore, Wallace, Cunningham (86),
Yates, Sander, Kuessner, Rupp, Lawson

This proposed constitutional amendment would, as of January 1,
2005, direct one-half of the conservation sales tax to the Public
School Fund.  If approved at the November 2004 election, the
measure would come up for reapproval in November 2012.
