HJR 6 -- Term Limits

Co-Sponsors:  Yates, Dusenberg, Pratt, Brown

This proposed constitutional amendment prohibits any person from
being elected Lieutenant Governor, Secretary of State, Attorney
General, or Auditor more than twice.  No person who has held the
office of or acted as Lieutenant Governor, Secretary of State,
Attorney General, or Auditor, for more than two years of a term
to which some other person was elected, may be elected more than
once.
