HB 478 -- SPECIAL LICENSE PLATE (Moore)

This bill allows for a special license plate for members of
Optimist International.

To obtain the special plate, individuals must obtain an emblem-
use authorization statement from Optimist International ($25
contribution) and present it to the Department of Revenue along
with a payment of a $15 fee in addition to the registration fee
and any other documents required by law.  No additional fee will
be charged for the personalization of this licence plate.
Revenue from contributions will be used solely for the purposes
of Optimist International.

FISCAL NOTE:  Net Estimated Effect on Highway Fund of a cost of
$9,399 in FY 2004, an income of $11,875 in FY 2005, and an income
of $11,875 in FY 2006.
