HB 74 -- UNEMPLOYMENT FOR INDIAN TRIBES (St. Onge)

This bill requires Indian tribes acting as employers to
contribute, or make payments in lieu of contributions, to the
state Unemployment Compensation Trust Fund like any other
employer.

The bill contains an emergency clause.

FISCAL NOTE:  No impact on state funds.
