HB 75 -- LICENSE PLATE (Ruestman)

This bill allows any qualified applicant for the "SILVER STAR"
license plate to obtain two sets of plates.  Currently, only one
set of plates is allowed.

FISCAL NOTE:  Estimated Net Effect on Highway Fund of a cost of
$814 in FY 2004, an income of $1,125 in FY 2005, and an income of
$1,125 in FY 2006.
