HCS HB 122 & 80 -- KANSAS CITY MASS TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM
SALES TAX

This bill extends the Kansas City transportation tax to December
31, 2005.  The current tax expires on December 31, 2003.

The bill also adds "intra-community transit services" to the list
of services that are provided by the Interstate Transportation
Authority and funded by the tax.
