HCS HB 356 -- PRODUCT SALES BY YOUTH SERVICES

This bill allows the Division of Youth Services to sell products
produced by youths in the custody of the division.  The sale
price of these products may exceed the actual cost of materials
used in the production by no more than 10%.  All proceeds will be
placed in the Missouri Youth Services Production Fund, which is
created in the bill, to purchase additional materials and tools.
