HB 388 -- GEOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION SYSTEMS

This bill extends authority to develop geographic information
systems to St. Joseph, Columbia, Lee's Summit, and all first
classification counties without a charter form of government.
Under current law, only the City of Springfield and Greene County
have the ability to develop geographical information systems and
to charge for the use of the systems.
