SCS HB 445 -- CHRISTIAN SCIENCE PRACTITIONERS

This bill adds Christian Science practitioners to the definition
of "minister" for purposes of reporting child abuse and neglect
pursuant to Chapter 352, RSMo, relating to religious and
charitable organizations.  It removes them from the mandated
child abuse and neglect reporter section in Chapter 210, relating
to child protection.
