HB 523 -- GAMING COMMISSION

This bill requires the Missouri Gaming Commission to submit two
sets of fingerprints to the State Highway Patrol for every person
seeking employment with the commission or anyone seeking a
license or the renewal of a license for bingo or excursion boat
gaming.  The Highway Patrol will run various searches against
national data bases and inform the commission of any criminal
history.
