HB 553 -- POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS

This bill allows political subdivisions to provide health
insurance benefits to retired officers, their dependents, and the
dependents of deceased officers of the political subdivisions.
Currently, these benefits are only offered to officers,
employees, and their dependents.
