AN ACT
To appropriate money for capital improvement and other purposes for the several departments of state government and the divisions and programs thereof to be expended only as provided in Article IV, Section 28 of the Constitution of Missouri, from the funds herein designated for the period beginning July 1, 2003 and ending June 30, 2005.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:
There is appropriated out of the state treasury, for the agency, program, and purpose stated, chargeable to the fund designated, for the period beginning July 1, 2003 and ending June 30, 2005 the unexpended balances available as of June 30, 2003 but not to exceed the amounts stated herein, as follows:
