AN ACT
To appropriate money for the Office of Administration to be expended only as provided in Article IV, Section 28 of the Constitution of Missouri beginning July 1, 2002 and ending June 30, 2003.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:
There is appropriated out of the State Treasury, to be expended only as provided in Article IV, Section 28 of the Constitution of Missouri, for the purpose of funding each Department enumerated in each section for the item or items stated, and for no other purpose whatsoever chargeable to the fund designated for the period beginning July 1, 2002 and ending June 30, 2003, as follows:
Section 14.005. To the Office of Administration
For the Division of Accounting
For payment of principal and interest and all other amounts due on the bonds issued by the Board of Public Buildings pursuant to Sections 8.500 through 8.595, RSMo, in the event and to the extent that tobacco settlement revenues sold by the state to the Tobacco Settlement Financing Authority to secure such bonds pursuant to Sections 8.500 through 8.595, RSMo, are not sufficient to make such payments

Section 14.010. There is transferred out of the state treasury, chargeable to the Tobacco Securitization Settlement Trust Fund/Bond Proceeds Fund to the General Revenue Fund for costs related to the program plan as defined in Section 8.505, RSMo
