AN ACT

To amend chapter 573, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to adult cabarets, with a penalty provision.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section A. Chapter 573, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 573.509, to read as follows:

            573.509. 1. No person less than twenty-one years of age shall dance in an adult cabaret as defined in section 573.500, nor shall any proprietor of such establishment permit any person less than twenty-one years of age to dance in an adult cabaret.

            2. Any person who violates the provisions of subsection 1 of this section is guilty of a class A misdemeanor.
