Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:
Section A. Section 43.530, RSMo, is repealed and one new section enacted in lieu thereof, to be known as section 43.530, to read as follows:
43.530. For each request received by the central repository, as defined in subdivision (1) of section 43.500, the requesting entity shall pay a fee of not more than five dollars per request for criminal history record information and pay a fee of not more than fourteen dollars per request for classification and search of fingerprints.
