AN ACT

To repeal section 208.480, RSMo, and to enact in lieu thereof one new section relating to the federal hospital reimbursement allowance program.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section A. Section 208.480, RSMo, is repealed and one new section enacted in lieu thereof, to be known as section 208.480, to read as follows:

            208.480. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 208.471 to the contrary, sections 208.453 to 208.480 shall expire on September 30, [2004] 2006.
