AN ACT

To amend chapter 10, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to state emblems.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section A. Chapter 10, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 10.141, to read as follows:

            10.141. The city of Adrian is declared to be and shall be known as the purple martin capital of the state of Missouri.
