AN ACT

To amend chapter 28, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to the secretary of state.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section A. Chapter 28, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 28.092, to read as follows:

            28.092. The secretary of state shall track, compile, maintain, and publish a list of all elected law enforcement officers in this state, including but not limited to, chiefs of police, sheriffs, and marshals. The list shall contain the name of such officers, their title, business address and phone number, and the dates of the term of office to which they were elected.
